Advice needed for food and snacks

I'm starting to watch what I eat and need advice on what is healthy to eat and how I should track my foods and etc. Some of the foods I like to eat are Yogurt, Cheese Snacks, Fruit, popcorn, and etc. I'm also going to try and limit my meat intake as well and also go for more protein and etc. Please feel free to add me as a friend and also please feel free to give me advice as well.

You might like something like the Eat Clean Diet book by T. Reno. She was a figure model so her foods were very healthy while being high in protein.0

Steel cut oats over overnight in the fridge with nuts added in the a.m.
Other snacks include edameme, fresh or dried fruit with almonds or other nuts, hard boiled eggs, chia seed "pudding" with almond or coconut milk, roasted chick peas.
Miso and tofu soup is nice:
