Macros.... Help

As a women trying to lose weight what should I set my macros to?! I have never worried about it till I saw it on this app. Help please

Focus primarily on setting your calorie target correctly by setting your stats, activity level, and an appropriate weight loss rate. In your case, you don't have much to lose, so 0.5 lbs would probably be most appropriate.
Eat to that target.
The macros secondary and don't really affect weight loss rate. You can go with the default for a couple weeks and change it up if you find a higher fat and protein target works better for you.0 -
