Im been trying so hard to loss weight and it not working when I was "dieiting" with my family I started at 138 and now im at 121 and we stopped that diet for like 2 months now and I've been trying to eat health and I just cant loss any weight I knew I can loss more but I crave so much food whenever im by food I have some and like I feel like I cant control myself and I just really need someone to help me or give me some good tips to stop and loss weight please.
