i started using this app about 180 days ago. I'm now 63 pounds or about 21% lighter than the day I started! About 10 years ago I averaged about 225 lbs then over the course of ten years my wife gave me 4 beautiful children and about 20 lbs of body weight per child. Lol oh well such is life but now that my children are getting older and we do more and more things together I knew I really needed to drop some weight! I was 287ish the day I started and put my goal as 225! My fitness pal explained to me that this was an aggressive goal and that I should set something more attainable! I'm 219 NOW! My key to success with this app was two part 1 I never lied or cheated or underestimated a calorie I would over count something before sandbagging it! 2 I almost never ate my negative calories from activities. I think these two were the biggest contributors to my success and the fact that I wanted it. People ask me daily how did I drop the weight and all look in disbelief when I say I got an app for that. So in summary I just wanted to thank the creators of this app and let all the users know that it will work but you have to be honest with yourself and also choose your food wisely! 2000 calories a day doesn't do much for a 287 lbs man that works 10-12 days. But if you want it bad enough you will get it. If I can help or inspire any one person out there to stick with it and achieve your goal I hope my story does it! Good luck.
