Cocktails?

For those who have them, it is a pleasant part of the evening. But, a drink or two before dinner, even if only twice a week does a number on me. Water retention like crazy and they tend to work against my weight loss goals.

In the past, I save my drinks for Saturdays. Sounds restrictive, but it has worked out well and I do not find myself feeling as limited as when I cut back on sugar! Lol.

What, if any, limits do you put on your cocktail hour?
