Do you track your progress outside of MFP? How?

I used to have a chart on my fridge, and I would check a box for every pound I lost. I'm not really trying to lose anymore, so that's out now.

I take pictures, as I'm sure a lot of you do too. I also put a sticker on my calendar for every day I go to the gym. It's a little juvenile, sure, but I like to see how much I've been working. Oh and we also keep a notebook with us at the gym to record our strength workouts.

Anyway, just curious what y'all do!
