ADVICE! Massive 2-day craving for carb fest!

Hi everyone,

I have been having a massive, massive, massive 2 day craving for....

Indo Mie Goreng!!

It's basically a carb fest with almost zero nutritional value at 390 cal per packet.

Now here's the rub.

I've been craving two packets of these (780 cal) which I know I *may* be able to finish given I've never had a continuous two day craving for instant noodles ever. Like EVER. I mean I have craved pancakes and what not but they were always interspersed and reared their heads every now and then during the week leading up to a cheat day.

And not only two packets, but cooked with things which would add MORE cals like cabbage, chicken, egg, etc etc.

I know it's a pretty straight forward decision (eat it, or don't.), but some reasons why I'm fretting over this:
  • Now I've not gone for my run today because I'm sort of in limbo between the onset of a cold and I don't want to go out running and ending up sick for the next week because it's winter. So I feel guilty. Ok?
  • If I do get sick, I can't go out jogging tomorrow and I've only done half of my weekly fitness sesh.
  • It's mid-week for me and I don't usually eat carb blow outs like this mid-week because I am quite regimental with my routines.
  • I still have my cheat meals during the weekend which I'm not sure I want to waste on instant noodles.
  • I don't want to get fat. But then again, I know very well this one meal isn't going to make me gain 15 pounds and "FAT", so its my brain playing up.
  • I may be just really hungry today and obviously my brain will choose the fattest, carbiest, greasest easy-to-access food possible.

I had planned a healthy Chinese chicken porridge with some sides for dinner. Should I just eat the damn Mie Goreng and the porridge tomorrow?
