Make fitness fun!

I love to make fitness fun and exciting! Play basketball, go for an hour walk, a nice hike, swimming or even running around the playground with your children! The best part of working out is the next couple days of soreness haha I love it!

    I also like to go for walks outside. I have made it my goal to walk outside for 1 hour and 45 minutes each day. I have a route that I walk outside my house and I listen to my music playlist on my cell phone with my headphones on. I am so thrilled that I have lost 4 pounds already and I am not even counting calories.

    My fitness "breakthrough" came when I changed my mindset from working out to it being my playtime.
