Why are there never any threads that say "I'm starting a completely free, calorie controlled, macro balanced sensible eating plan which involves eating foods I love in moderation and no arbitrary restriction, anybody want to join me?"

Because those plans never promise that you will lose weight FAST. It's all about FAST. Plus, you have to have a really strong descriptor in the name of an eating plan, like BLAST, in order to show how awesome it is.

So, to review: Fast. Blast. And money. Because you can't lose weight if you're not spending money to do it. It's literally impossible!

Don't waste your money. All you need is a calorie deficit. Anything that promises a "miracle" and a "fast" solution is a scam.

OP please realize that to actually burn fat, you just need to eat less than you burn. That's all the author of this "diet" is getting you to do, but charging you for it.

Cuz it's Easier to blame the "diet" than yourself when you don't succeed.

OP, I suggest you ask anyone here how to do this properly, and for free. You will save time, money, and emotional headaches if you approach your goals properly from the start. Good luck to you.

MuahHaHa. I wish I would have known it was this easy to get rich. OP, sorry for the hijack- were not laughing at you. It's all about the author. This diet claims a lot of things that scare me because it makes promises. Weight loss is not linear and it's SO personal. I want you to save all those dolla billz because you can do this without the diet plan. A lot of people get up in arms because the fad diets take your money and then you're left after two weeks feeling lost. Many people have gone through it and we want you to be successful. Daily logging, food measuring (digital scale style) and taking it day to day (rather than two weeks at a time) is the way to go to see long lasting results!

Aww... If I could have an adipose baby to keep, I would give the diet a chance.

Anyone doing the 28 Days Later diet? If you're still alive on the 29th day, you're a pretty accomplished endurance runner.
