Changed to TDEE

So as the title says iv changed from doing mfp to TDEE. Iv put the different amount of total calories into mfp and change it to the recommendations of 50% protein, 30%fat and 20% carb (please do correct me if iv got the last two mixed up)

Anyways, im thinking of taking a protein supplement to make up for the extra protein as i really really dont have time first thing in the morning or during the day whilst at work to be wolfing down ample amounts of meat/fish/poultry. I have just enough time in the morning to wolf down a bowl of porridge/bowl or bran flakes.

Questions really are.

IS the supplement a good idea, will it make me bulky (as im doing this method to lose weight.. not bulk) and being from the UK could you recommend a good one?


Feel free to guide me as im very much a newbie on this tdee... my calores per day on it is 1691, as opposed to the 1290mfp
I currently do 40mins on my cross trainer, i walk alot at work (7hours of walking) and iv recently started kettle bell at home.
