I have had this DVD for years but never really used it. Finally I have tried it 2x and I am sore. This is a seriouse workout and I am sore. I want to record the calories burned on my exercise but not sure how much calories it burns since it's not on the exercise menu. Would anyone know how I can calculate calories burned if I am doing 10 munites of vigorouse cardio and 10 minutes of strength training? The strength training is 2 or 3 exercises at once.

Your best bet would be to buy an HRM.0
