Something New with Chicken Dinner

I'm roasting a chicken for supper tonight. I stuff the cavity with apples and oranges and onion. Light butter over all of it ,and of course, salt and pepper. What would you add? Take away?

    Maybe a dry herb seasoning or herbs inside the cavity. I like thyme. Love Herbs de Provence. This Italian Herb Rub is excellent. Also I like to roast chicken over potatoes and onions. The chicken drippings season the potatoes. Delicious!
