I just started taking B12 after being diagnosed deficient and in the same period have experienced insomnia. I normally fall asleep easily but I'm having a hard time and trying to rule out all the recent factors that have changed in my life. Thoughts?

That's a tough one. I know they've used B12 with blind folks to improve sleep rhythms, and have heard of studies suggesting it helps with sleep in general. But I've also heard a few anecdotal stories where people felt it made their sleep worse. Maybe focus on the other factors first, since you have a deficiency? Good luck!

Interesting! Everything I've researched seems to fall into that improved sleep rhythm as well which I why I reached out for some possible anecdotes. I'm all for ruling out stress but that seems like more work ;)
