Weighing myself

Is anyone else afraid to weigh themselves? Or even measure? I have a hard time losing weight, no matter how healthy my habits are. It's almost as if I have to stop eating to lose anything at all. This morning I woke up feeling like I had actually lost something! Pretty sure my jeans aren't any loser, or my butt is any smaller, but I FEEL skinny. Even my tiny coworker can't make me feel bad. I'm still afraid to weigh/measure, not lose anything and have that feeling go away. Or I may just be in denial I'm as big as ever.

I am having the exact same problem, but it is from actually weighing myself. I've gone from eating out daily or more to eating much more healthy and having actual portions. And I have been exercising a lot. My jeans don't fit better, but I feel a lot better. I was super motivated last week and weighed myself Saturday morning - gained 0.4 lbs. It's devastating since I am not having an easy time.0
