Orangetheory goers - How accurate is that calorie burn estimate for you?

So I recently joined an Orangetheory near my place and I've been keeping an eye on the estimated calorie burn and I'm wondering how accurate you've found it to be. I have my own HRM I use with my Garmin when I run and I usually have a hard time getting anywhere close to 600 cals/hour when I'm running (usually it's in the 350-450 range). Just wondering if it's the HIIT that's jacking up my caloric burn or if these are just WAY overestimating.

Thanks in advance!

Hrm trickeration. HRMs aren't made to accurately measure intervals. It causes them to spike and give readings that are inaccurate (too high).
