Hi everonye, just starting my first "diet", well, first time I really cut on the calories so I can lose some weight. Aiming to lose around 10 kgs, I am around 15 kgs overweight. I am a woman, in my thirties (for very little time now) :) But look much younger, I can tell ya, haha!
My main challenges: pizza, bread (all kinds), and consistent exercise. I can never keep up a habir for more than a few months. I mean a regular thing is impossible for me. Yes, I do some sports but not regular enough to have any impact. So cutting in the intake is all I can try.
Starting my first 1200 kcal daily diet - anybody doing anything similar?
Those of you who are experienced, is there going to be a slow start in the weight loss? Or will it start and then is it more plateaus?
