A bit about me.... I am on a mission!
This is my first attempt at weight loss. In high school and most of college, I was thin and very body confident. I made it all thorugh college without gaining the dreaded "freshman 15," but the second I got married (to the hunkiest man in the world, btw
), I put on the "newlywed 30." Who knew that cooking for a man would be so detrimental to my own waist line?!
So after a year of packing on the pounds, and another six months wondering what to do about it, I joined MyFitnessPal, bought a gym membership, threw away all the junky food in my house and began my journey into healthy living.
Starting Weight (Jan. 2015): 176 lbs
Goal Weight: 125 lbs (Hoping to get here by December 2015)
