I'm 19, so I started my weight loss journey at the beginning of May, without using MFP. I lost 10 pounds but then decided I need a better way of keeping track of what I eat. So I decided to download this app and oh am I glad I did. I've lost a little above 30 pounds now. I've gone to the gym everyday, minus a few off days where I needed a rest. I haven't had ANY fast food since I've started and I haven't had a single day where I've gone over my calorie goal. I'm aware I have a long way to go and I'm prepared for it but I'm happy I've gotten to where I am.
