Hello all,
Over the last couple of years I've lost over 40lbs. Here's my story in photos!

Here I am late November 2012... about 175lbs. When I saw this pic that's what started my journey.

Fast forward one year to December 2013 and I'm down 25lbs to to 150 here! This is mostly by dieting and running only.

In January 2014 I hit my first major goal of 145lbs! Again, just diet (1200 -1300 calories per day) and cardio (Running). Here I am about to leave to celebrate at a NYE Masquerade party!

Throughout 2014 I maintain my weight through the first half of the year, then it starts to creep back up in the 150's toward December 2014. That's when my friends and I purchased a LivingSocial deal for a local bootcamp class, focusing on weight training. This was my first experience with weight/circuit training, and it really helped transform my body. I signed up for the class from December 2014-May 2015. Here are my final results at 132lbs, the week before my wedding! Slow and steady is the way to go!!

Here I am on my wedding day (May 2015) at 132lbs :)

awesome job!!! you look fantastic! and you are so right - slow and steady! most weight gainers don't gain it all right away, so it won't come off right away.
