Not enough appetite to eat my daily minimum intake

well, this might be weird for may if you, I am having trouble with my appetite. I have lost about 14 kg in 6 months, by walking and intermittent fasting. I work very long hours and it's a physical job. (Ironing cloths, cleaning other then my own house, washing etc). It's very easy for me to fast and live without eating whole day. I do eat well every 3-4 days when I have enough time. But issue is the days when I am very busy. I normally take fruits with yogurt in morning, then a coffee around 12 noon (Nescafé 3 in 1) and I won't think about food until 9-10 pm. When I get back home, I literally have to force my self for eating. No appetite whatsoever. Can't reach my daily minimum of 1000 even.

So pick more calorie dense foods than fruit and yogurt to eat when you are hungry...peanut butter, nuts, avocados, cheese, even a full fat yogurt will help you get your calories up.0

Make it a priority and you'll be able to eat your minimum. Right now you aren't prioritizing your eating. You take fruit and a yogurt and coffee. Pack a lunch. Pack calorie dense foods. Pre-plan. If you ate enough calories to become overweight you can eat enough calories to lose weight at a sensible caloric deficit.0

I don't like any of these except nuts. I munch on nuts if I have energy crash (which is rare). I do take fruit because it's easy and quick way plus I already take full fat yogurt. That hardly make 400 calories maximum.0 -

This. Don't cut out EVERYTHING you think is 'bad', just reduce your intake overall.0 -

Clearly you enjoy some foods with calories. You don't have to choose one of those -- pick one that you enjoy.0 -
In don't say this often but try drinking them in the form of things like smoothies. Quick, easy to make and can be very calorific if you use nuts and other healthy fats like avocado's in them.0
