Hello, everybody!
I need advice on nutrition and I would very much appreciate your help.
I have a yoyo kind of diet, on one hand due to my menstrual cycle which I recently learned highly affects my appetite and, on the other, due to my cravings based on some sort of anxiety that I also think got me to take up smoking - I feel like I need to perpetually do something with my hands.
I also have gastritis and I can barely tolerate some of the foods that I like so much I never stopped eating them - like tomatoes, apples and the occasional potatoes.
My problem is that I usually feel drained of energy, like my heart was beating too slowly or too fast and I often get a faint-like feeling. I suppose the things I eat or, more likely, my eating schedule are wrong, but I could use some help in developing a low-calorie, yet scheduled eating plan that would also help with my low energy. Also, I would really appreciate some ideas regarding what I could eat in order not to upset my stomach. I learned that lemon and fiber help a lot, but do you have any recipes of stomach-friendly foods?
P.S.: I feel like I must add that I usually binge on carbs, but most of the time I eat vegetables, a lot of fruit and lean protein (eggs, lean meat and, occasionally, cheese). I also exercise frequently.
Thank you loads!:)
