I've been on here about a month but just recently stumbled upon the "community" forums. Would love some fellow fitness friends to help motivate and support.
A little about me. I just had a baby 7 months ago. Moved to CO. 1000 miles away from all my family and friends for work. I became really depressed (long winter I wasn't used to and being post partum) I ended up putting on a lot of weight and not even leaving my house for months.
Something in me snapped one day!
I cold turkey cut soda, juice, caffeine, processed foods, sugar. And I started to exercise. Then started hiking the mountains.
I'm slowly making progress and I feel great.
