Hey my name is Joelle
I am 22 and I am currently 175 and at a height of 5"7, I am trying to flatten out my stomach, lose some love handles and just eat better. I was wondering if anyone would know what would be best for a grocery list that has low in carb foods, low in sugars and fats?

You are asking the impossible. If you go low carb then you need to eat the fats to make up your daily calories so enjoy your meats, eggs and fish.0

why low carb and low sugar and fats?
Nothing wrong with any of those unless you have medical reasons to avoid them.
I was once where you are now...if you look at my diary you will see I have eaten everything while losing the weight...ice cream, beer, pizza, sugar in my coffee and cream...butter, bread, potatoes along with veggies, fruit and lean proteins...
No food is bad and as long as you are in a calorie deficit you lose weight.0 -
Is there a reason you're looking to reduce carbs, sugar and fats?
The above things in of themselves are not going to flatten your stomach or reduce your love handles. A calorie deficit is all you need. You can't spot reduce so you'll have to lose fat all over. Maybe look into a lifting program as that will be better for your composition.0 -
I was wondering cause it's been pretty hard, so if I am to reduce my carbs I should increase my fats you say? Sorry I'm pretty new at this dieting thing, but I don't really eat meat is there a substitute for meats that higher in fats?0

I am looking to reduce in these areas cause my doctor said I needed too. But from most of your feedbacks it seems like it's not necessarily the best. I thought I would take advantage of the fact that my doctor wanted me to work on these areas in my diet to also attack some body insecurities at the same time0 -
You can eat anything you want, you need to reduce calories.
You cannot pick an area to reduce, fat comes off everywhere.
MyFitnessPal is perfectly set up to help you count and reduce calorie consumption. Fill out your profile accurately, set a reasonable goal, and stay within the calorie count given by MFP.0
