Suspension Trainer Routines

Does anyone have any favorite suspension trainer routines? Preferably something that can hit the full body in 3 days a week or less, with an emphasis on core strength. I would like something pretty regimented, as I find that keeps me honest and more likely to actually do the workouts. I would be willing to pay if there is something out there that is a paid program. Bonus points if it actually is a lengthy routine/system that switches up the workouts every few days (as opposed to the same workout over and over again).

Note that I do not have an excellent fitness base, I'm in the progress of losing weight and getting back into fitness, so that is a factor (difficulty of the routine can't be too extreme).
