I am 5'3 133 pounds so i am technically at "an healthy weight" Ive been 110-115 my entire life until i became a way less active person. Anyway my fat% is loosely 30% using measurments and all that. I dont have a lot of weight per se to lose but a good amount of bf. My question is do i still tackle this the same way as general weight loss or is there a more specified approach to high bf% at a "healthy" weight range.
thanks always for the help.

IMO your best bet is to at a small deficit (50-200 cals a day) and start a strength training program like Stronglifts 5x5.

thats what i was wondering.. if maybe i shouldnt go at it with only the mindset of weight loss and look into building the muscle.. or if because my bf% is so high at a lower weight i HAVE to try to lose the fat

With a deficit and lifting, you'll burn the fat. I think you'll be surprised and pleased with the results you get from a progressive lifting program.

I agree....strong lifts 5x5 would be a good program. Do a very minor calorie deficit and tone your body as you lose a couple of pounds a month. You'll be very fit in no time.
