over on sugar and protien

Hi:)) My Dr suggested using MFP to keep track of sodium..I really like the APP and would like to use for weight loss as well.. Question? I seem to be over on sugars and protein by after lunch is logged in..Anyone have this? or suggestions?? Thanks:smile:

    I'm always over on my sugar because I'm a coffee drinker and like it sweet, but I don't worry too much about it. As far as protein is concerned, I'm thinking that's generally a good thing. As long as you're getting the right amount of fats and not getting more protein than carbohydrates, it's basically just working out to a high protein diet which is better for retaining your muscle mass while losing weight.
