Hey everyone. I just got a treadmill. Kinda still figuring it out. Just wondering. What;s the best results for a beginner for fat burning? feel free to add me. I need motivation.

    If you read the stickies and understood them then you'd realise that losing fat comes down to a caloric deficit.

    And also, lift heavy in a deficit to preserve as much muscle mass as possible.

    I've been using my treadmill on and off for years. I find it gets the most use in the colder months when there is less to interest me outside. I've read that the most effective exercises utilise interval training. I tried it for a while but the intensity was a bit much for me, but according to the experts, it produces the quickest results. I prefer a more moderate pace over a longer period. As long as my music is good...I'm good!
