Starting slow

I got this app bc it was recommended with my garmin connect. So far its been teo weeks and I really enjoy the accountablilty it offers. I can see how much everything that i used to eat adds up. I'm not teying to lose a lot of weight, just trying to be healthier. Everytime I try to start a workout program/change of diet and or lifestyle I try to start everything at once and always fail after a month. So, this time I'm just starting with watching what I eat and doing small workouts; going for a walk/jog/bike ride. Once I meet my weight loss goal i'll start to amp up the workouts. Slowet process but I think it'll work this time. Only trying to lose about 25lbs. Cheers!
