Hello everyone, this is day 1 of trying this app and im very excited.
I was wondering....if I earn calories doing exercise, can I then eat those and will I still lose weight? Tia x

Tia, as long and the calories eaten is less than the calories used you will lose weight. I try to keep half of the calories I have used in exercise and eat the other half0

Yeah, eating back half of those calories seems to be the consensus around here. Still fueling your workout, but still accounting for inaccuracies in calorie reporting, and/or losing a bit of extra weight along the way (if that's what you're after). At least I think this is the reasoning.0

Yep, I eat half my exercise calories.0

Yes, generally received wisdom is to eat back up to half your exercise calories, especially if you are logging the calorie burns listed on MFP as they are considered generally quite high. I eat back 0% to 50% over the week generally.0
