24 weeks strength challenge - whose game??

Hey everyone,

From Monday I am going to start a 24week strength challenge. There are 24 weeks left until the end of the year and I am going to slowly build up my stamina.

Here's how:

Week 1: each day I will complete -

1 x Burpee
1 x Squat
1 x Lunge (on each side)
1 x Mountain climber
1 x Sit up
1 x Press up

Week 2: each day I will complete -

2 x Burpees
2 x Squats
2 x Lunges (on each side)
2 x Mountain climbers
2 x Sit ups
2 x Press ups

Week 3: each day I will complete -

3 x Burpees
3 x Squats
3 x Lunges (on each side)
3 x Mountain climbers
3 x Sit ups
3 x Press ups

And so on until the end of the year. You will know I have done my daily round as I will post a ✔️ each day so you guys can hold me accountable . Anyone who is starting out or just wants to get involved I invite you to add a ✔️ to my post once you have done your round of the day.

By Christmas we will be smashing this!! Whose game??
