Hi everyone!! :)
I have been on and off the app for the past year, but finally committed to getting healthy after birth of my now, almost 2 year old! I ran my first half marathon before the baby and would love to reach my goal of running a full one. Starting again is rough when I work 10hr graveyard shifts. Lack of sleep and crazy eating schedule makes for bad diet! Hit over 30 days now and need ideas for easy meal plans I can prepare ahead on my days off. Also not losing weight like I hoped so would love motivation and support! Lets do this! Feel free to add me :)

Graveyards suck!! I did them for years. I used to turn my day backwards, have a 'dinner' like meal before work, have a lunch type meal during and then have something light like an omelette or a toastie when I got home and relaxed before sleeping. I don' know how you work it, but I used to be up and about hours before work, and would go to bed within an hour or so of getting home, so that's what really worked for me.

I've been working graveyard for a few years and have lost a bit. My biggest piece of advice is make sure you get consistent sleep. I know it's even harder with a child but sleep is very important. I found when I lack sleep, I tend to over eat and didn't bother exercising since I was too tired.

That is true! Personally, I try to keep the same schedule for meals and sleep during my work nights

@Alatariel75 -@lacroyx - I am basically up for couple hours after getting home and rest when she rests and up again for few hours before work but I like the idea of eating breakfast when I get home as a lighter meal. Ill try that! Thank you both!
