Spin class - audio instructors

Does anyone have any recommendations for tracks with music and an audio instructor (not video) for spinning?

I'd like to attend more spinning classes but the timings for classes just aren't suitable for me (or are always booked up!).

There are however have a few spin bikes so I'd love to be able to do my own spin class, just with my headphones!

As I'm new to spinning, I'd love for the music and instructions to be all on one track - I don't feel confident in creating my own yet...

I was just thinking this yesterday. I can't usually get into the spin classes, but I like them. If I find anything on YouTube, I'll be sure to share it!
