Hi.
Sorry I've just hot back into using the app and have been entering my food.
But on the exercise and fitness I didn't know wether I should include my job.
I'm on my feet all day in a factory just walking here and there do you think I should include this.
Cheers

You wouldn't log that into the exercise section. Your activity level would get set to lightly active or higher. Under Settings>Update Profile read through the descriptions and pick what fits your job best. This will tell MFP to give your a higher TDEE setting. Exercise is something outside your normal day to day activities.0

I have a FitBit, which logs my daily walking automatically. So, my walking at work (and otherwise) is logged. I set my activity level to sedentary as to not screw up the "exercise". I do realize that my daily walking (aside from my pre-work walks and lunchtime walks) are not "real" exercise. So, I make sure that I don't eat all of my exercise calories thinking that I'm burning more calories than I may really be burning. Yes, work walking is technically exercise, but it's not like cranking out a few miles.0
