Ways to lose inches off your body.

So I am currently doing the 30DS ... Just fished day 4, but dont know how much farther I can go, seeing as i'm going to be leaving town to stay with my bf and his family, which live in an apartment, and dont know about all the jumping or if they have enough room.
I am however trying to get into running, if anyone could give some good tips on it for beginners, that would be great.
But I was also wondering, what are some effective ways you can lose the inches from all over.

Any kind of help, would be great ! Seeing as i'm starting to get a little demotivated, by every time i get dressed in the morning, all you see is that 'belly pouch' sticking out... blahhhh !
