Motivation to stay on track

Options
Surfing message boards, blogs and communicating with new friends is helping me to stay on track and be mindful of what I'm eating and logging consistently. Anyone else have suggestions for staying on track with MFP?

For me eating more healthy and going to the gym fuel each other... I want to get to the gym cause my body feels good, I have energy and I want to make the most of it. I want to eat right because I work my butt off and sweat tons at that gym, I'm not going to have that pack of cookies at night because I know how hard I have to work to get it back off.

    and this...

I wear my tightest jeans and look in the mirror. Scares the lazy/boredom eating out of me at that moment. :D
