BPD and consistency

I have Borderline Personality Disorder and lack consistency with my workouts. I fell out of routine back in April because I got pretty sick. I'm slowly trying to work my way back into a routine but am struggling with it. If anyone else struggles with a mental disorder and wants to motivate each other add me as a friend and shoot me a message. I have 100 lbs to lose and have some important things coming up where I need this weight gone. I have a gym membership, I enjoy jogging, I love yoga and hula hooping, and I have several home programs.
