Good Afternoon, my name is Sheria and I am new to myfitnesspal. At first I didn't think it was helpful but for the past 3days I am retracting those thoughts lol. My goal is to lose 12-15 pounds , most would consider that vanity pounds but I am 5 '1 1/2' ( yes that 1/2 means something to me lol) weighing 152 pound and its all in my stomach, ok a little in the butt area however all of my previous fitting clothes doesn't do any fitting anymore and it has made me sad. So am hear to encourage myself as well as to get encouragement from others with my same struggle. Thanks for the platform to that/this

    Hi Sheria, welcome tho My Fitness Pal (MFP). Everybody is different, and that makes the world an interesting place. Every person here has different goals, and different circumstances. I am seeing results after a short month, by sticking to my calorie budget and doing some light exercise like walking. I am sure that you will reach your target weight soon.
