Weight loss help

I work at McDonalds usually 6 times a week and mostly at night time 2 times is early in the morning, and we have no food in the house, so I usually get my meals from there because we get a free meal usually my dinner or breakfast and then 3 days a week there are lunches packed with peanut butter but I hardly eat them and give them all to my little cousin. All we have in this house, is microwaved foods or a bunch of junk food. I'm saving up $ to move out, in about a year, so I have no choice in the food options in this house. I just need dietary help and excersize help, I'm thinking about losing 30 pounds by the beginning of next year.

As long as you eat less than you burn, you should lose weight. There's a guy who lost 56 lbs just eating mcdonalds for 6 months.

He does go on to say in the article that he WOULDN'T recommend the mcd's diet.
