hey looking for links for some really good stretches and things to do for lower back pain.

My go to's are cat/cow and child's pose - I have to do child's pose to get out of bed most days.

Also just bend over and hang out lol...don't try to touch your toes, just let your arms hang, shake them around a bit, shake your head around a bit, shift your weight into your toes, then into your heels, stop when you get a head rush.
oh AND "Legs Up The Wall" which is exactly what it sounds like. Lay on the floor, butt to the wall and legs up the wall. It takes the gravitational pressure off of your lower back. Do that for as long as you want.
These all make me feel much better, I do child's pose before I even get out of bed and the bendover while the coffee brews.0 -

Foam roller or use a soft ball and roll the muscle tissue, it'll burn but it's worth it0
