Hi all,

I'm new to the My Fitness Pal app, so greetings! That being said, can anyone with experience using the polar flow app help me out? I only downloaded MFP because it is supposed to be compatible with my Polar Flow app, but I'm not seeing my workouts from my Polar watch show up on the app. Am I doing something wrong, or am I supposed to manually enter it? I can see my steps tracked with my polar device, but not the workouts I logged this morning. TIA!

    Recently mine have been a day behind, this started happening with the last MFP update. It will show the calories if you have negative adjustment checked.
