Starting Over Again - Looking for New Friends!

Hi All!
I am trying this again! I started Medifast and tracking my food/exercise with MFP back in 2011 through July of last year. I became a teacher and as soon as I started working, the workouts stopped, the tracking of food stopped and I began stress eating again. I gained about 45 lbs back. I was 4 lbs away from Onederland and blew it!
Now that school is out and I can devote my time back to my workouts I'm tryin again. My husband, little boy and I are moving to the Dominican Republic at the end of the summer and I refuse to live on the beach looking and feeling the way I do now. I really want to enjoy a more active lifestyle and be healthy and look good.
I have just finished reading "The 100" by Jorge Cruise. It is an interesting plan where you cut out all sugars and "sugar calories" from your diet and eat more protein and healthy fat for optimum weight loss while eating regular foods and not drinking your meals. I do plan on continuing with my protein shakes (Wonderslim) until I run out - I spent a lot of money on them! But I am staring the meal plans on The 100 plan to see if I can begin to change my way of eating.
I'd love to meet anyone who is new here, who is starting over again, or anyone who just needs mutal support. I'm a great friend and try to support everyone!
I look forward to meeting you!
