Insanity and eating a little over 1000 cal

im thinking about doing it again to get rid of my pooch and to get my booty back but before I ate a lot (mostly healthy) and binge on junk food when I got home from school/ track practice. I got a booty from it and the ab exercises at track made me get visible abs. I think I still remember the routine but that's how I started getting very visibly upper abs. And I want to know if I'm eating enough or would I be wasting my efforts?

1200 net calories is the minimum MFP recommends for a woman.0

1000 is way to low. I think the minimum should be 1300 for a women. Especially if your going to be working out hard. If you operate at to much of a calorie deficit your metabolism will slow down because your body will think it's starving.0

Unless you're very short (about 5' or less), 1000 cal/day is not healthy.
