The top two are before (around 240) & the bottom are after I lost 60lbs (:

Starting Weight: 222LBS
Nov 22 2015: 203LBS
Feb 13 2016: 189LBS
just a little over half way to my current goal weight and bmi no longer says I am obese!

27lb difference. Took around six months, but two of those I took off for the holidays. So really four months I suppose. 12 more until original goal, but not sure if I'll stop there.

The before was taken in June 2015 when I was down about 20 lbs from my heaviest, the after is a couple days ago (down 50+ lbs).28 -
