For those of you with drastic face changes, have you noticed that your phone's facial recognition gets confused? I've only lost just over 10 lbs at the moment, but my phone can only recognize my face about half of the time. I wonder if my face has changed, or if my phone is breaking.

I don’t remember when exactly I was at peak, but I’ve lost ~90 pounds. Keeping in mind that my face is where you’ll see weight day to day, and that I try to take flattering pics of myself… this is still a pretty good snapshot. ☺️ (look at that nose!)

It was so random that I noticed this. I was going to recap on my event video from the day before and the before pic popped up in my memories. I was like wait a minute there’s a difference, the first of many changes.18 -
I dropped 59.2 lbs from my all-time highest adult weight to my all-time lowest adult weight. Most of the weight was lost in 2020, but it's only been this year that I got a proper handle on things and have been able to sustain a much lower BF% than prior years.
I've still got some more work to get to my ideal physique- but the face gains have been considerable.

The first picture is from this morning and the 2nd was taken 6 weeks ago. Not a drastic change, but seeing my cheeks slim down is hugely motivating to keep going

43kg (90+ lbs) difference two years apart. Clean food, exercise and persistence. There is no quick fix, no keto, no magic pills… its a lifestyle change if you want to keep weight off.
