Hello everyone,
I just had a quick question about working on reducing inner thigh fat. I have been doing squats and was interested in knowing of any other exercise that can help tone that area up.
Thank you

Walking alot! Uphills. And running. Plies and plyometrics:) it will firm up everything but you can't spot reduce.0

I wish we had a magic eraser where I could spot reduce lol..
Thank you0 -
reduce fat in the diet, and increase muscle. Like the poster above said walking and running. They usually have great legs. fat rule is first on last off. If you gain easiest in the thighs, that is usually the most stubborn to come off. I am a guy in my forties, and I fight man boobs all the time. Genetics my dad had moobs at my age and I refuse0

Just keep losing0

Just calorie deficit. You can't really pick where and when the fat comes off.0

You can't do spot specific exercises but squats, lunges, anything that works your lower body will help you tone and of course doing some cardio (running, zimba, hiit whatever you enjoy) will help burn fat0

All of the above. I'll add in that my inner thighs only ever looked "toned" when I was pretty lean and did lots of HIIT/hill running and included plyo (in addition to the heavy lifting and deficit advised above). Something about running really changes my legs0
