Fat vs carbs

i recently watched a video . The guy in there suggest to have note fat that carbs .. Do you guys agree to it ? Fat as in good fat lile avacado and fish oil etc .. I want to try this but im really hesitant .. I want to decrease the cercentge intke of carbs and increase the fat i take ..

Quite a few of us do well on a more fat less carb approach. Others will tell you "it isn't necessary".

As yarwell said, some people do better on a higher fat diet. Some do better with much higher protein. Personally, I do best with a moderate/high carb, moderate protein, and low fat eating approach. You may need to experiment to find what suites you best.0
