Agility training

i was teally obese .then i lost around 160 pounds like half my body weight

Anyway i can run long distance but i have lost heapsa speed and mainly acceleration..

Can you guys name a few agility trainings than will 100 percent benefit me ..i want to be in fit form for the next soccer tournament .. Its in 3 months .it means alot to me as il be playingg after 5 years of being obese

    Wow! Way to go with your progress. You look great!

    I'm not an athlete so I'm unable to answer your question properly, but I do have balanced workouts.

    For agility I jump rope several times a week. I'm building towards getting more fancy with my footwork, but I've come a long way since I started.

    Google "plyometrics" as well as "agility drills for soccer/football".
    _Squat, lateral, tuck, box, vertical/depth jumps
    _Power-skipping
    _Burpees
    _Skiers/Skaters

    Think quick/explosive hops and jumps.
