Easy challenge for newbies

One of my mfp friends its starting a challenge to the end of the year I tried to do a burpee challenge and couldn't even do a burpee. With this you only do one burpee for the first week then two the next week and so on there are a few other exercises in wit it to it goes as follows
There are 24 weeks left until the end of the year and I am going to slowly build up my stamina. Here is how: Week 1: each day I will complete - 1 x Burpee 1 x Squat 1 x Lunge (each side) 1 x Mountain climber 1 x Sit up 1 x Press up Week 2: each day I will complete - 2 x Burpee 2 x Squat 2 x Lunge (each side) 2 x Mountain climber 2 x Sit up 2 x Press up Week 3: each day I will complete - 3 x Burpee 3 x Squat 3 x Lunge (each side) 3 x Mountain climber 3 x Sit up 3 x Press up And so on until the end of the year. Who else is up for it its no fun doing it on your own.......Ive started mine this morning.
