GO NAVY LET'S DO THIS!!!!

Sort of fell off after retiring last august and looked at myself and said "oh hell no I'm slippin"..
Had to talk to myself like u would talk to one of my junior sailors and said " this is not the standard i need to be setting for myself, how you going to spend 20 years and just let every thing go"..
Started walking 2 days a week for the last month to build my cardiovascular back up also wearing a 50lb weighted vest walking about 8 miles. Next week will be going back into the gym and incorporate strength train along with resistant band train at the same time.
My goal is to loose 15lb by my 41st birthday, so like we say in a portion of our Navy creed "I proudly serve my Navy combat team"!!
