How do you busy bee's do it?

I just got a new job after working as a receptionist at a gym for 2 years. I have been given the opportunity to run my very own sandwich shop which requires a heck of a lot more responsibility and A HECK OF A LOT more hours.
My question is, for those of you who are constantly on the go or work some harsh hours, how do you find the time to work out? What wakes you up or helps you out when you really just rather sleep?
Right now I'm working the two jobs while my first one finds a replacement for me. So I'm working from 5 AM to 12 PM at the gym and then 2 PM to 10 PM at the sammy shop. I'm exhausted to say the least and the hours will only be reduced to about 8 AM to 11 PM when I start working at the shop on its own.
It's just a huge transition for me (going from an unappreciated go-getter to leading an entire team) and would love any advice from you wonderful people(:

For right now I wouldn't worry too much about working out, you're pushing your body hard with all those hours and sleep is important.
Once you are down to one job (even though it has crazy hours) you'll be able to fit workouts in. Maybe in the morning since you're used to getting up early.0 -
I've been doing the two job thing for 2 years almost 3. It tough. Is pick a high intensity cardio workout that's about 45 mins and do that between jobs. That's what works for me.
Another thing I do is carry a pedometer and I also do strength training. But I fojnd a workout that's very intense and I don't have to do it as long to get results.
You just have to decide how much you really want to be healthy and make time to do it.0
